You can pay to check-in as early as 08:00, and is subject to availability. For details, please contact our front desk. In addition, you can always check-in and leave your luggage in the luggage room between 08:00 – 15:00.

Yes. Our luggage room is open from 08:00 to 22:00. You can store your luggage here before check-in and after check-out. Pick up on the same day is free, while overnight storage is $100NT per night per luggage. Luggage fee can be waived if you have a future booking with us.

QUESTION 4: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is completed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
QUESTION 5: Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. Please make sure that you modify it 3 days before your arrival date, otherwise cancellation penalty will apply. To make changes, please check our reservation policy for details.
1. Cancellation made 3 days before your arrival day, 100% room fee could be refunded.
2. Cancellation made 1~2 days before your arrival day, 50% room fee could be refunded.
3. Cancellation made on arrival day or directly No Show, no fee will be refunded.
4. No refund after check-in.
Example: Check-in on Dec 20, and the last day for free cancellation is Dec 16th before 23:59.
